Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or high demand.

Estimated delivery

Estimated international delivery is 7–20 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, remote destinations, or local holidays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email it after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Split shipments

Products may ship from different fulfillment partners, so one order may arrive in multiple packages at no extra shipping charge.

Duties and taxes

Unless collected at checkout, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Address and delivery issues

Verify your address before ordering and contact us immediately about errors. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. For a package marked delivered but not received, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then email support@simplygo.site.
